加筋泡沫轻质土路基施工过程应力变形模拟分析

摘    要:加筋泡沫轻质土对于治理软土路基病害有着重要作用,因此研究泡沫轻质土在路基施工应力变形规律对我国公路工程有着重要意义。本文通过使用FLAC3D软件,对以砂土和泡沫轻质土作为填料的软土路基上在施工过程中的应力以及位移变化规律进行了模拟和研究,得到了泡沫轻质土对路基的沉降、回弹和有效应力变化的影响情况。结果表明:使用泡沫轻质土进行填筑的路基,泡沫轻质土路基比普通填土路基在施工过程中产生的最大沉降有所降低,施工沉降显著减少。而使用加筋泡沫轻质土作为路基填料,可以在普通泡沫轻质土的基础上更加有效减小路基基底竖向应力,同时有效减小路基基底应力分布不均匀的问题。经过研究发现,在加筋率达到0.75%时,泡沫轻质土路基产生的最大基底沉降量最小。针对这一现象,本文分析了加筋泡沫轻质土的加固机理,提出了计算最佳加筋率的方法,完善了软土路基加固理论。

Simulation Analysis of Stress and Deformation During Construction of Reinforced Foam Lightweight Concrete Subgrade
Abstract:It is of great significance to research the deformation law of foamed lightweight concrete in the construction process of roadbed in China because of its important role in the treatment of soft soil roadbed diseases. In this paper, the stress and displacement variation law of soft soil subgrade which is filled by sand and foamed lightweight concrete during construction are respectively simulated and studied by FLAC3D. Through numerical simulation, the paper obtains the influence of foam lightweight concrete on settlement, rebound and effective stress changes of roadbed. The results show that not only the maximum settlement of the light foam concrete subgrade is lower during construction but also the construction settlement is significantly reduced compared with ordinary subgrade. Furthermore, the use of reinforced foam lightweight concrete as roadbed filler can further reduce the vertical stress of the subgrade base and effectively reduce the uneven distribution of stress on the subgrade base. When the reinforcement ratio reaches 0.75%, the maximum base settlement produced of the light weight concrete subgrade is the smallest. In view of this phenomenon, this paper puts forward the method of calculating the best reinforcement ratio by analyzing the reinforcement mechanism of the reinforced foamed lightweight concrete. And the theory of soft soil roadbed reinforcement has been perfected.
