| 摘 要： | 为了掌握Beagle犬贾第鞭毛虫的感染情况，本实验室在2009年3月～2010年2月共抽样检测了910只实验Beagle犬，其中109只检测到了贾第鞭毛虫包囊，贾第鞭毛虫感染的总阳性率为11．98％。结果还表明，不同月份间差异极显著，不同性别间差异不显著，幼犬感染率大于成犬，不同年龄组间差异极显著。通过检测可掌握犬群中贾第鞭毛虫的感染情况，对及时诊断、发现并控制疾病的传播有积极的指导意义。 |
