万古霉素给药的新途径——离子电渗透

摘    要:离子电渗疗法是一种依靠在身体不同组织间施加电场来增加离子药物渗透率的技术.通过经鼠皮离子电渗水杨酸钠,确定直流电场的促渗效率最高.以万古霉素为渗透药物进行了定量实验,结果显示直流电场对于药物的渗透有明显的促进作用,为新给药途径的临床应用奠定了理论基础.

Abstract:Iontophoresis is a technique which the permeation rate of ionic drugs into the body is enhanced by applying an electric field between viable tissues. In the present researches, the result showed that DC could be used as the ideal, which meets the need of high efficiency using fresh excised full-thickness skin of mice as in vitro model and sodium salicylate as penetrative drug. DC field can obviously increase the permeation rate of vancomycin.
