无水三氯化铝催化合成乙酸环己酯

摘    要:以无水三氯化铝为催化剂,以冰乙酸和环己醇为原料合成乙酸环己酯.研究了酯化反应的影响因素,优化反应条件为:n(乙酸)=0.2 mol,n(环己醇)∶n(乙酸)=1.5∶1,催化剂用量1.5 g,反应时间45 min,带水剂环己烷10 mL,酯化率(以冰乙酸计)达95.9%.

Abstract:Cyclohexyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and cyclohexanol with anhydrous aluminum chloride as catalyst. The factors influencing the esterification were studied. The optimized conditions are: n(acetic acid)=0.2mol, n(cyclohexanol): n(acetic acid)=1.5:1(the molar ratio), the amount of anhydrous aluminum chloride=1.5g, the reaction time 45min. yield of cyclohexyl acetate is 95.9% (based on acetic acid).
