| 摘 要： | 国家自动化的发展水平与高校自动化创新型人才的培养具有重要的关系。创新型人才培养计划是实现自动化专业高级人才培养目标的实施蓝图,是保证教学质量的基础性文件,在人才培养中具有举足轻重的作用,因此创新型人才培养改革首当其冲要改革的就是人才培养计划制定的问题。针对自动化专业创新型人才培养计划制定的问题进行了初步的探讨,以供参考。
