| 摘 要： | 计算机信息技术的快速发展为我国档案管理实现规范化、现代化提供了良好的机遇。然而,我国档案管理的现状特别是人事档案管理现状远远落后于现代化的发展。从分析我国人事档案管理中存在的一些不适应入手,提出档案管理需要具备现代化的观念、进行现代化的管理和先进技术的应用。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of information technology brings a favourable opportunity to the standardization and modernization of archives management.However,archives management,especially personnel archives management in our country has a long way to go from the standard of modernization.In this paper,after analyzing the drawbacks of personnel archives management in our country,the author holds the belief that modernized management and application of advanced technology has to be realized in archives management. |
