| 摘 要： | 提出了一种用微量分析系统测定微量全血中的锌、铁、钙的分析方法 ,该系统是利用软件来记录吸光度随时间的变化率 ,即导数原子吸收值来提高原子吸收分析灵敏度的一种新技术 .该方法灵敏度高 ,检出限低 ,重视性好 ,直接用于测定微量全血中的微量元素 ,结果满意

| Abstract: | It′s reported a way determining the trace Zn,Fe,Ca in whole blood by the use of trace amounts ana-lysis system.The system,which is a software,raise the sensitivities of atomic absorption by the determination of the changing rate of absorbency adapting to time.The limits of detection are much lower.This method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts elements in whole blood with recoveries in the range of 91 0%～103.0%.The result is content. |
