摘    要:本文采用变分法研究了量子阱中类氢杂质的束缚能的压力效应,尤其在阱较窄的情形下,其压力效应更为显著.

Abstract:By using variational method,we investigate the effect of pressure on the binding energy of hydrogenic-impurity in a GaAs-Ga1-xAlxAs quantum well.The results show that the binding energy increases with increasing of the pressures.expecially for small well width case.
