摘    要:研究了在CTMAB存在下,钯与对氨基苯基荧光酮的显色反应条件及络合物的组成.研究表明,在PH6.9—7.8的Na_2HHPO_4 —NaH_2PO_4缓冲溶液中形成稳定的配合物,最大吸收峰位于583nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为8.56×10~4L.mol~(-1).Cm~(-1).钯与对氨基苯基荧光酮的络合比为1:3,钯量在0—9.0ug/10mL范围内符合比耳定律.用巯基棉分离常见金属离子,富集钯,选择性很好.方法可直接用于钯活性炭,及钯氧化铝为载体催化剂中钯的测定.

Abstract:The conditions of colour reaction of Pd(II) with P-Aminophenylfluorone(PAPF) and the composition of complex in the presence or CTMAB has been studied. In a medium with PH =6.9-7.8 palladium ions react with PAPF to form a stable complex, exbising a maximum absorption at 583nm. Its apparent molar absorptivity is 8.56X104l. mol-1. cm-1. The molar ratio of Pd(ll) to FAFF is 1 : 3 The Beer's law is obeyed in the palladium concentration rang 0-9 g per 10mL. The ccmmom metal ions have been separated by sulfhydryl cotton fiber, so that this method has better selectivity. The method is satisfactory for the direct determination of Pd in the pd-active carbon and in Pd-alumine catalysts without separation
