| 摘 要： | 农民专业合作社是加快解决＂三农＂问题的新型组织,也是金融支持＂三农＂发展的有效平台。针对当前农民专业合作社发展普遍面临的融资难问题,突破融资瓶颈的模式主要有：金融机构＋农民专业合作社直贷模式、金融机构＋担保＋农民专业合作社模式、金融机构＋农业保险＋农民专业合作社模式、政府＋农民专业合作社模式、参与组建农村合作金融模式等。

| Abstract: | Farmer specialty cooperative society is a new organization that quickens the solving of the＂three rural issues＂（issues concerning agriculture,countryside and,farmers）.It is also an effective platform for financial support for the development of the＂three rural issues＂.With regard to the current financing problems in the development of farmer cooperative society,this paper put forwards some financing modes that can break through the bottleneck：financial institutions plus farmer specialty cooperative society direct loans,financial institutions plus guarantee plus farmer specialty cooperative society,financial institutions plus agricultural insurance plus farmer specialty cooperative society,and government plus farmer specialty cooperative society. |
