摘    要:文章从一组PID气动位置伺服控制实验数据入手,分析了比例方向阀控缸位置伺服系统位置响应的摩擦力、响应速度、响应精度和PID控制器各参数对系统响应速度及响应精度的影响。结果表明:实验系统可根据传感器精度和期望精度确定系统控制精度,根据两腔压力选取合适的置中电压以使系统获得高的稳定性;通过设置最大输出电压、比例系数和微分系数等以获得较快的响应速度,从而使系统获得较好的稳态和瞬态性能。

Abstract:Based on a group of experiment data of pneumatic position servo control by PID,the pneumatic position servo control system with the proportional directional control valve control cylinder is analyzed in terms of friction and response velocity and precision.Influences of the PID controller's parameters on the response velocity and precision of the system are discussed.It is concluded that the experiment system can achieve certain control precision based on the sensor's precision and the expected precision,obtain better stability through selecting right centre adjustment voltage based on the pressures of two cavities and gain more speedy response velocity through setting the biggest output voltage,the proportion coefficient and the derivative coefficient,thus making the system obtain better performance in both the steady state and the instantaneous state.
