| 摘 要： | 游泳技术的合理性对于运动员的游进速度起到关键的作用,随着人们对于游泳运动本质的更深入的研究和认识,少年儿童游泳训练的发展也进入到了一个新的阶段,少儿游泳的训练必须以技术为中心并贯穿始终,规范技术是培养运动员技术风格的基础,因此对少儿游泳运动的训练,我们应当具备更为深刻的科学观念。

| Abstract: | The swimming technology rationality plays the key role in the athletes' swim speed.Along with the people regarding swimming movement essence more thorough research and the understanding, the youth swim training development also enters a new stage.The children swim training must take the technology as the center throughout,the standard technology is raises the athlete technology style the foundation.Therefore swims the movement training to the children,we must have a more profound sci- entific idea. |
