摘    要:在乙酸介质中,微量氨三乙酸对高碘酸钾氧化玫瑰桃红R的反应有显著的抑制作用,据此建立了阻抑动力学光度法测定氨三乙酸的新方法,方法的线性范围为0.01~0.12μg/mL,检出限达到2.3×10-3μg/mL,是目前测定氨三乙酸最灵敏的动力学方法.本法简便快速,灵敏度高,用于合成样品和实验室废水中痕量氨三乙酸的测定,结果满意.

Abstract:The spectrophotometric method of inhibitory kinetics for the determination of trace nitrilotriacetic acid has been established,based on the inhibitory effect of rose pink R on the decolorization by the oxidation of potassium periodate.The optimum condition and kinetic parameters of this reaction were studied in detail.The calibration graph is rectilinear from 0.01~0.12 μg / mL and the detection limit is 2.3×10-3 μg / mL.It was applied satisfactorily to the determination of trace nitrilotriacetic acid in in tap water and wastewater in experimental laboratory.
