Physical Education is an important part of the university education. To train the students take Physical Education as a lifetime habit in the university physical education is the ultimately goal for the university physical education. It is also the trend for the university physical education. Independent colleges, as a part of the universities, although they have some particularity, the purpose for the physical education is the same as other universities. The thesis indicates we＇d combine the students＇characteristic with the situation of independent college＇s physical education and fulfill the goal to train the lifetime physical education by useful methods in the university physical education.
