| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆中虚拟参考咨询服务通常采用三种模式。虚拟参考咨询的技术实现包括图书馆参考咨询主页的设计，多媒体技术及各种咨询软件的应用等。文中还介绍了虚拟参考咨询服务的发展趋势。
