| 摘 要： | 随着国内外形势的变化以及我国高等教育改革的深入,高校党建工作面临着重大挑战。为此,高校应当坚持以科学发展观为指导,不断加强和改进高校党建工作;建立健全高校党建工作制度,创新高校党建工作体系;正确处理高校党建工作与学校中心工作的关系,实现两者的共同发展。

| Abstract: | With the changing of the situation at home and abroad and the deepening of the reform of our country's higher education,the CPC's construction in universities faces great challenge.University should strengthen the party construction under the guidance of scientific view of development,establish and perfect the work system of party construction,and handle the relation between the party work and central work correctly and realize their common development. |
