| 摘 要： | 学分制是现代大学教学管理制度的重要组成部分。实施学分制是高校真正体现以人为本、以学生为中心的现代教育理念的重要举措,是落实因材施教原则,培养个性化创新人才,全面提高学生综合素质的制度保证。本文论述了学分制的特征,指出了学分制对教育观念的冲击,并对学分制下的师生互动问题进行了探讨。
