| 摘 要： | 目前,产权明晰与产权流动日益成为我国经济改革的重点,而企业并购起着促进产权明晰和顺畅流转的重要作用.笔者探讨了企业并购和产权流转两者的关系,分析了它们之间的联系和矛盾,提出只有推动企业并购,促使产权顺畅流转,使二者相互促进发展,才能进一步推动改革.

| Abstract: | Property rights perspicuity and ambulatory is one of the key factors in economy reform of China, and the Enterprise Annexing plays an essential function in process of property rights perspicuity and ambulatory. The author discussed the relationships and conflicts between the Enterprise Annexing and Property Rights Ambulatory in China, and gave some suggestions on how to promote Enterprise Annexing and Property Rights Ambulatory in the economy reform in China. |
