厦门文昌鱼卵母细胞细胞器与卵黄发生关系的初步研究

摘    要:本文研究了厦门文昌鱼(Branchiostoma belcheri Gray)卵母细胞发生过程中细胞器同卵黄粒发生的关系:卵黄粒可以在粗糙型内质网中形成,也可以在高尔基液泡和部分线粒体中形成.粗糙型内质网具有卵黄物质的合成和运输功能;高尔基小泡能够输送并浓缩卵黄物质.作者首先探讨了环形片层间接参与卵黄粒形成的问题.

Abstract:This thesis studied the function of organelles in the vitellogenesis stage of oocyte-genesis in Amphioxus. Yolk granules can be produced in rough endoplasmic rcticulum(RER), and can also be produced in Gotgi veslcles and in a Part of the mitochondria. The RER was shown to have functions of synthesizing and transmitting yolk materials. The yolk materials were transmitted and concentrated in Golgi vesicles. Only a part of the mitochondria directly developed into yolk granules. Annulate lamellae appear in the stage of vitellogenesis. That they indirectly took part in the forming of yolk granules was infered.
