机电一体化液动蝶形调节阀的原理和应用

摘    要:简要叙述了一种新型的由微处理机控制的机电一体化液动调节阀门的基本结构、工作原理、特性和应用。该阀由阀体、电磁换向阀、油缸、阀位检测器和智能控制器组成,工作时控制器将接收到的调节器的信号和检测器的阀位信号进行比较,根据偏差大小和方向发出调节命令,经光电隔离驱动器使电磁阀和油缸动作,改变了蝶片的角度,达到控制流量的目的,具有较好的实用性。

Abstract:The basic construction, working principle, characteristic and application of a new type integral electromechanical hydraulic valve which is controlled by a microprocessor are narrated briefly in this paper. This valve is composed of body. magnetic valve, cylinder, level indicator and intelligence controller etc. The received signal of controller is compared with the signal of level indicator during operation, according to the amount and the direction of deviation give the steering order, the magnetic valve and the oil cylinder are operated by the photo isola ted driver to change the angle of the valve for the purpose of flow control, It has a good practicality.
