| 摘 要： | 通过对汽车铰链机械加工过程中磨削冷却液研究 ,合成了 JS-3型多效合成切削液 ,这种磨削冷却液完全不含油 ,澄清透明 ,采用三乙醇胺作为防锈添加剂 ,冷却及防锈性能大大提高。该切削液在桑塔纳汽车铰链磨削加工过程中使用 ,完全能够满足汽车铰链磨削加工的特殊要求 ,其性能指标符合国家标准 ,并且较好地解决了切削冷却液易变质、发臭等生产实际问题

| Abstract: | In this paper,the grinding coolant used in the mechanical cutting process of the car hinges is studied, and the JS-3 type of multipurpose coolant was prepared. This aqueous solution was transparent but had no oil; its characteristics of cooling and anticorrosion were highly advanced by adopting triethanolamine as anticorrosive. Through the practical use in the processing of the hinges of Santana car, it is proved that this grinding coolant can meet the special need of finishing grinding, and moreover, its characteristic indices almost satisfy the GB/T6144-85 national technical norms. Some practical problems were solved excellently, and the bad odor was successfully got rid of. |
