F—CaO的预消解与水泥的安定性及其强度关系的研究

摘    要:本文研究了F—CaO的预消解与水泥的安定性及其强度关系,结果表明:F—CaO的预消解在改善水泥的安定性的同时使水泥的强度大幅度下降,用活性的Al_2O_3和SiO_2与F—CaO消解后的Ca(OH)_2反应,促使F—CaO消解并生成具有胶凝性的水化产物既改善了水泥的安定性也有利于水泥强度的发展。

Abstract:The relation between soundness and strength of cement and F-CaO pro-hydration has been studied, The results show that F-CaO pro-hydration will cause decrease of cement streength when it improves the soundness of cement,The reaction between a active Al2O3 or SiO2 and Free CaO,which promotes free CaO hydration and forms cementing hydrate at the same time,is considered to be a basic means for improving soundness of cement.
