摘    要:利用密度矩阵理论和迭代方法,研究了双三角量子阱中线性、非线性及总折射率改变的特性并以典型的GaAs/AlxGa1-xAs材料为例进行了数值计算.重点讨论了入射光强度、双三角量子阱结构参量(量子阱宽)及外加电场对总折射率改变的影响.计算结果表明:由于线性及非线性折射率遵循着不同的变化规律导致了这些参量对总折射率的改变有着极其重要的影响.

Abstract:The linear,nonlinear and total refractive index changes are investigated theoretically in asymmetric double triangular quantum wells.The analytical expressions for the linear and third-order nonlinear refractive index changes are obtained based on the density matrix method and the iterative approach.Numerical calculations are performed for typical GaAs/AlxGa1-xAs asymmetric double triangular quantum wells.The calculated results reveal that a great change of the refractive index can be obtained in the asymme...
