摘    要:采用流动注射氢化发生法与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱联用测定了人发中的痕量硒,对样品的预处理、氢化物发生及流动注射等系统的工作条件进行了优化,Se的检出限可达0.06μg/L,用所建立方法测定了国家一级标准物质人发,测得值与标准值相吻合.

Abstract:A method is developed for the determination of selenium in human hair by flow injection hydride generation inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The conditions of sample pretreatment, the hydride generation reaction conditions and the flow injection system were optimized. The detection limits is 0. 06 ngSe/mL. Analytical results of standard reference material(human hair) demonstrated the applicability of the technique.
