| Abstract: | In this peper, We introduced a new simple time division miltiplier that can measure power precisely and exptained the compesing theory of miltiplier. After analysins it's work process and power measuring theory,deduced the relationships between all parameter. All formutal .figures and conclusion in the paper tally with the experimental and mouuring result. |
