| Abstract: | In this study. the cell proloferation-related antigen GP 125 has been used to conjugate with the antibody B_3 to form an antigen-antibody complex which was in turn conjugate with the enzymes to produce an antigen-antibody-enzyme complex. This complex can be used to measure quantitatively the rate of cell proliferation by.reacting with ABTS H_2O_2 followed by detecting the coloration under a fixed wave-length. This procedure is also useful in measurements of the effects of cell activation agents and anti-tumour drugs. It has been developed as a non-radioactive method for evaluatiog activities of cell proliferation. |
