| Abstract: | The main problems in C3I systems theory research and their current situation are reviewed in this survey. The paper chiefly discusses the modeling and effectiveness performance of C3I system, as well as several factors which affect C3I system- theory research. The present research situations of C3I system theory both at home and abroad are given in detail. Some new development made by the author are also introducead. |
