摘    要:研究了短切高模碳纤维增强碳复合材料和碳基体材料气孔率对材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:短切高模碳纤维增强碳复合材料的抗折强度和肖氏硬度明显高于碳基体材料,两种材料抗折强度、肖氏硬度和气孔率成反比;气孔率对短切高模碳纤维增强碳复合材料的抗压强度影响显著,而对碳基体材料的抗压强度影响较小。用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)观察断口,发现短切高模碳纤维在基体中随机取向,均匀地分散在基体中。

Abstract:Effects of porosity on the material performance of chopped high modulus carbon fiber reinforced carbon composites and carbon materials were studied. The results show that the flexural strength and hardness of chopped high modulus carbon fiber reinforced carbon composites are better than carbon material and the flexural strength and hardness of the two materials are in inverse proportion to porosity. The porosity affects the compressive strength of chopped high modulus carbon fiber reinforced carbon composites greatly but not greatly on carbon material. The surface of fracture is observed with SEM, and the result shows that chopped high modulus carbon fiber randomly orient and uniformly disperse in the carbon matrix.
