| 摘 要： | 中国广播影视行业社会保障在总体上呈现出多元分割、编制内外双轨并行的制度格局,严重制约着广播影视行业人事制度改革的深入推进,同时也面临着《劳动合同法》的严峻挑战。中国广播影视行业应当适应社会保障制度改革的大趋势,逐步建立健全社会保障制度体系,不断完善广播影视人才流动中的社会保险衔接办法,积极探索建立广播影视行业的补充保障体系。

| Abstract: | In term of social security,Chinese RFT(Radio Film and Television) industry has some problems in its system,such as multiple partitions,which have severely restricted the personnel system innovation of RFT industry.Therefore,Chinese RFT industry should be adapted to the social security system reform by establishing a sound social security system as well as supplementary security system,etc. |
