| 摘 要： | 科学监测教师的教学行为对于提高教师的教学质量具有积极的促进作用。近年来,英、澳等国研究开发的数学教学监测表（ToMOS）就是通过对于数学课堂上具体教学行为的监测和记录,为教师提供一个反思教学、提高教学质量的有用工具。该监测表的研究与利用给我们以有益的启示。

| Abstract: | Scientific monitoring on the teacher＇s teaching behaviour can promote the quality of teaching.Great Britain,Australia and other countries worked out ToMOS in the recent years.ToMOS can help teachers reflect on their own teaching behaviour and thus promote the quality of teaching.This function,acquired by ToMOS,can monitor and record the particular teaching behaviour on the mathematics class.The research and use about the ToMOS can give us useful enlightenment. |
