不同煤阶软硬煤粒瓦斯放散规律实验研究

摘    要:以焦煤中马村无烟煤、义煤新安矿贫瘦煤和平煤八矿气肥煤的同一煤层的软分层与硬分层煤样为研究对象,自主研制了煤粒瓦斯吸附-放散实验系统,对不同煤阶软硬煤瓦斯动态放散规律的差异进行研究分析。研究结果表明:在相同解吸时间内,瓦斯累积解吸量及解吸速度均随着变质程度的加深而增大,而软煤的瓦斯解吸量和解吸速度明显大于硬煤;对6组煤样实验数据进行了经验公式回归分析,解吸时间120min内无烟煤硬煤所用经验公式拟合效果都较好,软煤只有乌斯基诺夫式、文特式和孙重旭式拟合结果理想;对于贫瘦煤和气肥煤,文特式和孙重旭式拟合效果最好

Abstract:Taking soft and hard coal samples of the same coal seam from anthracite in central Macun Jiaozuo Coal Group, meager-lean coal in Xin ''an mine Yimei Group, gas-fat coal in Pingdingshan No.8 Mine as the research object, studing the differences of soft coal and gas dynamic diffusion law in coal particle gas desorption by simulation experiment. The results show that: within the same desorption time, desorption and desorption rate of mine gas increased with the deepening of metamorphic degree, and soft coal gas desorption quantity and desorption rate is greater than that of hard coal; analyzing the experimental data with empirical formula and finding that, in 120 minutes of desorption, the anthracitic coal using the empirical formula has good fitting effect, for the soft anthracitic coal only the sun Zhongxu ,Venter , Peter Ustinov formula have ideal fitting results; for meager-mean coal and gas-fat coal, sun Zhongxu and Venter empirical formula have the best fitting result.
