固体材料外弹性阻尼支承的设计与实验研究

摘    要:本文提出了一种用于高速旋转机械的新型固体材料外弹性阻尼支承(简称固体阻尼器)的设计方法,并通过挠性转子与带有这种阻尼器的流体动压滑动轴承结合的运行实验,介绍了转子-轴承系统的振动测试和分析方法。此种固体阻尼器的性能可在一定范围内选择,以便提供使转子振动得以控制所必须的阻尼。它的使用能够明显提高系统的动态稳定性。

Abstract:This paper presents a new design of solid-material flexible damped support (to be called solid-material damper in brief) for high speed rotating machinery, and proposes a method for measuring and analyzing the vibration of the rotor- bearing system by means of operation experiment of a flexible rotor (installed on hydrodynamic bearings with solid-material dampers).The properties of the dampers can be selected within a scope to provide necessary damping levels for the control of vibration of the rotor.By the use of dampers the dynamic stability of a rotor-bearing system may be increased obviously.
