Economics Thinking of Chinese Indemnificatory Residences

This paper introduces the related policies and regulations on ensuring the housing problem of middle-and-low-income families in China analyzes the relationship between the housing market and government intervention, discusses the functions of economically affordable house and low-rent house in indemnificatory residences and the reform directions, and points out some urgent affairs of realizing the indemnificatory residences in China.
