| 摘 要： | 我国房地产市场在实行宏观调控以来,最大问题在于对房地产市场认识上的偏差,特别是仅强调房地产的市场性而忽视了房地产的公共性。因此,对于我国房地产市场,并非仅是从表象来看其问题,而是要对它进行全面深刻的反思,以便认清我国房地产市场最基本的属性。

| Abstract: | Since China's real estate market implements macro-control,the biggest problem is the understanding bias of the real estate market,in particular,stressing the real estate market only,while ignoring the public nature of real estate.Therefore,to China's real estate market,we should not just look at the problem from the representation,but make full depth reflection in order to understand the basic properties of the real estate market. |
