关于学习型企业文化创建问题的探讨

摘    要:以整体上的灵活适应性为核心特征的学习型企业文化,是知识经济时代下企业文化创新的重要方向。在中国传统文化以及企业发展的大环境和现状下,由于学习型文化的本质特征,创建该种文化有其现实性和必要性。同时,以该文化的本质特征为基础,加入PDCA循环等方法,可以从组织结构、领导人、价值观的培养和文化设计四种途径实现该种文化的创建。
