猕猴桃种子经赤霉素处理后几种酶的活力变化的初步研究

摘    要:对500mg/L赤霉素(GA3)处理的猕猴桃种子的生理后熟过程进行研究,发现经赤霉素处理的猕猴桃种子比未经处理的猕猴桃种子过氧化氨酶活力、过氧化物酶活力、酸性磷酸酯酶活力明显增强,提前完成生理后熟过程,发芽率显著提高。

Abstract:The effects of gibberelin (GA3) treatment during physiological ripening of kiwifruit seeds were studied. The results showde that treatment of 500 mg/L GA, increased the activities of catalase., peroxidase and acid phosphate esterase of kiwifruit seeds, so it accelerated the ripening of kiwifruit seeds and significantly increased germination rate.
