| 摘 要： | 在新农村建设中,现有的农村金融体制存在着不适应农村经济发展的问题。农村金融体制的严重滞后已经成为制约新农村建设的重要障碍,当前要建立多层次的农村金融体系,推动农村金融体制改革,促进农村金融的创新。

| Abstract: | In new village construction,the financial system of existing village exist unwell should be the village many factor of the economic development.The serious of the financial system of village has already become the important obstacle of the construction of new village of check and supervision behind,wanting to build up the village of the multilayers the financial system at present,pushing the financial system of village reform,promote the financial innovation of village. |
