| 摘 要： | 研究了硼原子－空位复合体的结构和扩散方式，激活能和扩散系数以及产生非平衡偏聚的条件，推测硼原子－空位复合体的结构是由一个置换硼原子和一个空位所组成，空位仅绕着硼原子运动，并且只与近邻原子发生交换，硼原子－空位复位导致硼的非平衡偏聚的模型较好地解释了硼在钢中的扩散机制和偏聚机理。

| Abstract: | The structure, diffusion manner , diffusion activation energy and diffusion coefficient of boron atom empty place complex are studied . The condition of bring nonequilibrium segregation of boron is discussed.The structure of boron atomempty place complex can be assured as a coexistence of one boron atom and one empty place.The mutual replacement of boron atom and empty place results in nonequilibrium segregation.It is the mechanism of diffusion and monequilibrium of boron in steel. |
