| 摘 要： | 指出非线性电路幂级数分析法的不足,讨论了基于Volterra级数的非线性传输函数法,该方法将弱非线性电路的总响应分解为N阶分量之和,各阶分量用相应的非线性传输函数来表示,采用谐波输入法来求解各阶非线性传输函数,把一个弱非线性问题简化为一个等效的线性问题,从而简化了非线性系统的研究.文中以共源极MOS-FET放大电路为例,求解步骤简单明了,易于编程,具有较高的实用价值.

| Abstract: | Shortage of power series used in nonlinear is pointed out.Nonlinear transfer function method based on Volterra series is discussed.This method indicates that general response of feebleness nonlinear circuit is decomposed into N rank responses.Every rank respond is expressed by nonlinear transfer function,and every rank component is explained by harmonic method,which makes a feebleness nonlinear circuit question equal to a linear circuit question,and also simplifies the research on nonlinear system.As an exa... |
