| 摘 要： | 当今社会，知识经济已初见端倪，科学技术发展迅猛，信息交往非常发达，行业竞争日趋激烈，对人才的要求越来越高。未来的人才应具备什么样的素质？现代教育应采取什么样的教育方式，才能使我们的教育肩负起时代的使命，才能使我们的教育培养出适应现代经济发展的一代新型劳动者。本文就此谈谈笔者粗浅的认识。

| Abstract: | In today's society, intellectual economy is beginning to take shape, science and technology are developing very rapidly, information exchange is growing maturely, professional competition is getting increasingly intense, and criteria for brains are becoming ever higher. What qualities should coming talents possess? What teaching patterns should modern education adopt to enable our education to accomplish the historical mission and to foster a new generation of labors compatible with the development of modern economy? Those are what the present writer attempts to discuss. |
