掺固体废渣的喷射混凝土研究

摘    要:
研究喷射混凝土在废渣及外加荆的参与下发生的微观结构和性能的改变情况。性能检测结果表明,凝结时间延缓约5min,强度将大幅度提高,掺FA、CG和SF三种废渣和减水荆后,喷射混凝土强度分别提高47.6%、46.1%和64.7%。微观结构检测表明,针状的Aft(或花辩状的AFm)晶体和纤雏状的CSH是掺废渣水泥石的主体,且其孔结构得到细化。

Abstract:
This paper introduces the change of microstructure and properties of shotcrete mixed with solid waste slag and admixture. The property detection indicates that the setting time of shotcrete is lengthened for 5 min, but its strength is improved greatly. Mixed with three kinds of waste slag (FA, GG and SF) and water-reducer, the strength of shotcrete is improved respectively by 47.6%, 46.1% and 64.7%. Microstructure test shows that the concrete mixed with waste slag is mostly made up of spiculate AFt crystal(petallike AFm crystal)and fabriform CSH. Moreover, the pores become smaller.
