| 摘 要： | 阐述了旅游电子商务出现的必然性，认为旅游电子商务具有改变旅游经营模式、改善市场开发环境、扩大销售范围、降低销售成本等优点，同时也指出了旅游电子商务面临旅游网站建设和技术不够成熟等方面的困难。

| Abstract: | The article sets forth necessities of development of tourism electronic commerce and believes it has its advantages such as changing the mode of tourism management, improving environment for the market development, expanding marketing scope and reducing the selling cost. At the same time it points the tourism commerce faces the difficulties such as constructing for the tourism network station and unripened techniques. |
