| 摘 要： | 介绍一种基于IIC总线的视频图像采集板的设计方法，即将CCD摄像头输出的视频信号解码成数字分量信号Y：U：V＝4：2：2格式，然后在控制电路的控制下，输出标准的CIF、QCIF、SQCIF三种图像格式之一，并存入帧存储器，计算机模拟和示波器测试表明该设计是有效的，该图像采集板可用于基于PSTN（公共电话交换网）的可视电话系统的前端采集部门，也可根据所需图像质量选择三种图像格式之一用于监控系统。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a method was proposed for researching the video image capturing board based on IIC bus .The process is as follows:the active image obtained by CCD camera can be decoded,and changed to data stream,YUV=4:2:2,then through the controlling of control circuit,the data stream can be stored in frame memory .The computer simulation proves that the design is efficient.The image capturing board can be used in video phone system on PSTN to capture image,also can be used in the supervising system,according to image quality to select one kind of image formats. |
