论我国领导干部信息需求的实现机制

从当前领导干部信息需求的一般过程出发,分析了领导干部信息需求的客体支撑机制,在引入信息和谐理念的基础上,从信息素质驱动、信息环境拉动及和谐互动3个层面探讨了领导干部信息需求的主体能力机制,揭示了领导干部信息需求与信息资源、信息服务、信息工具、信息素质、信息环境等因素的关系。

Discussion on the Implementing Mechanism of the Leading Cadres' Information Demands in Our Country

Starting from the general process of the leading cadres' information demands at present, this paper analyses on the objective supporting mechanism of leading cadres' information demands, and based on introducing the concept of the information harmony, probes into the subjective capability mechanism of leading cadres' information demands from three levels of the information quality activation, the information environment traction and the harmonious interaction, and reveals the relationship between leading cadres' information demands and the information resource, information service, information tool, information literacy, and information environment, etc.
