摘    要:提出了一个基于流体随机Petri网的工作流响应时间评价方法,该方法的主要优点是工作流任务的处理时间可取任意的概率分布,因此与已有的方法相比具有更高的准确性.以工作流的随机工作流网模型为起点,首先讨论了利用随机工作流网建模需解决的诸如时间变迁冲突等相关问题,举例说明了如何将随机工作流网模型转化为流体随机Petri网模型,最后给出了该种流体随机Petri网模型的稳态方程,说明工作流的平均响应时间可由对流体随机Petri网模型稳态方程的求解得到.另外指出了目前应用该方法存在的困难及将来可能的研究方向.

Abstract:The response time of a workflow is one of the most important performance indicators in business process redesign. A response time evaluation approach based on the Fluid Stochastic Petri net formalism is described, in which the processing times of workflow tasks can be modeled by using arbitrary probability distributions. Firstly some problems about the Stochastic Workflow net modeling are discussed, then how to convert a Stochastic Workflow net model into a Fluid Stochastic Petri net model is demonstrated. The mean response time can be evaluated upon the steady state solution of the Fluid Stochastic Petri net model. The difficulties encountered following the approach is also raised to give directions for further research.
