高校党的执政能力建设刍论

执政能力建设是党执政后的一个根本建设。加强高校党的执政能力建设是世情、国情、党情、校情对高校党的建设提出的新要求，不仅要明确这一任务的主要目标，在发挥高校党的领导作用、服务作用、管理作用、导向作用、监督作用上下功夫，而且必须从加强高校政治思想建设、调查研究工作、班子建设、党组织自身建设、疏导管理等途径入手，采取措施，突出重点，整体推进，不断提高高校党组织在新的历史条件下领导和驾驭高等教育发展的能力。
