| 摘 要： | 增权理论以弱势群体为分析对象。分析了伤残农民工的权力处境,认为其不仅处于失权的客观状态,而且在心理上形成了极其强烈的无权感,且失权的客观状况和主观感受二者之间互相建构,形成一个恶性循环。伤残农民工是失权的一个群体,是增权的对象。认为可以从个体、人际关系、组织和社会等四个层面对伤残农民工进行增权。

| Abstract: | The empowerment theory focuses on the vulnerable groups.This paper analyzes the power situation of the injured migrant workers.The author points out that they not only lose power objectively,but also feel strong powerless psychologically.Besides,the objective powerless conditions and subjective powerless feelings construct each other,which creates a vicious circle.So,the injured migrant workers are regarded as a disempowered group.We can empower them from four levels: the individual,interpersonal,organizational and social level. |
