| 摘 要： | "道德悖论"是近年来伦理学家关注的热点问题。在对其进行深入讨论前,先对"道德悖论"概念加以考证,确定其是否属于悖论范畴是一个具有极为重要现实意义的步骤,因为这将影响我们如何选择破解此类问题的方法和路径。立足于逻辑学角度对"道德悖论"进行分析后可得出结论:"道德悖论"并非悖论,而是由二难推理构成的道德困境。

| Abstract: | "Moral paradox" is one of the hot topics which ethicists have concerned in recent years.But whether "moral paradox" can be categorized as real paradox needs more evidence.Its categorization will influence our choice of methods and ways to tackle moral problems,thus has practical significance.After detailed analyses from logic perspective,we hold that "moral paradox" is not paradox.It is moral predicament caused by dilemma. |
