China has been the biggest victim of 337 investigations for ten years since 2002.In recent years,more than half of the ITC’s claims involving Chinese enterprises and the number of claims has already risen to more than 100.Many Chinese enterprises lack deep understanding of ITC’s institutions and section 337.Researches to basic elements for initiation of investigations and enterprises responding strategies are important.The research shall help Chinese enterprises deal with 337 investigations,use international trade rules,and find optimal strategies.However,domestic enterprises need to know their own shortcomings,improve innovative ability and enhance competitive strength.Only through this way,can we disperse the clouds of 337 investigations,and when the time comes,China’s export enterprises can take the initiative in filling the 337 investigations.
