| 摘 要： | 知识库是将传统的数据库技术和人工智能技术结合的产物，也就是说，知识库不仅能管理事实还能存贮和管理规则．对传统的产生式规则进行改进，并提出基于关系模型的规则表示方法，并利用功能强大的DBMS来实现规则的推理过程．

| Abstract: | The knowledge base is the database technique that join with the traditional date base technique and artificial intelligence.That is also to say,the knowledge base can not only manage facts but also can manage the rules.This text do some change with traditional date base technique and bring up a rule presentation according to relation model and realize the process of reasoning with DBMS. |
